Explosion Isolation Flap Valve CARZ

爆炸隔离阀CARZ——用于可燃粉尘应用的保护系统。

CARZ爆炸隔离阀能够防止除尘器内的爆炸压力波和火焰通过管道传播到其他工艺单元。使用我们的CARZ隔爆阀可以减少粉尘爆炸对工作人员和设备产生的危害。

工作原理

在系统正常操作的条件下，隔爆阀为打开状态。当除尘器内发生爆炸时，爆炸压力波推动闭合装置紧闭于密闭片上，当关闭时，隔离阀被锁定，并且有效阻止爆炸产生的火焰和压力波从除尘器传播到其他工艺单元。
